Included are the sale, service, backup, repair and overhaul of machinery, engineering, consulting, provision of spares and research & development. We presently offer a range of imported and local products, which cater for processing functions including separating, filleting, cut-up lines, skinning and mincing. The various fish species of Southern Africa catered for include hake, horse mackerel, kingklip, pilchard, anchovy, tuna, catfish, squid (octopus polyps), lobster and prawns.
We have combined the world leading suppliers in filleting and skinning machines in order to offer you with the best processing technology that ensures high yield and therefore maximum profit. These machines have been developed for high quality, fast and efficient processing that conforms to European and International health standards.
