Processing bycatch?

Bycatch need no longer be sold as a secondary product.  We have re-engineered the Baader 197 to filet a number of species including John Dory, Jaco Pever, Orange Roughy and Trout (Salmon) from +- 35 to 55cm.

Spring loaded knives automatically adjust to the different bone thicknesses.  The fillets are separated by cuts performed on the back, belly side and along the thicker spine.   Your processing line is complete when followed up with the Baader 47 skinning machine.
